Custom Order examples
Shown below are examples of some custom orders we’ve done recently. Billy Butz, of Butz Construction in West Bend Wisconsin, just received his hats and in his words “Wow!....Wow!....Wow!”. They are the hats shown in the three photos, two top left and one top right, in solid colors with the stylized B logo and the company name on the back. He went with all curly Koa bills. It is always a pleasure to hear from a satisfied client. The other two photos show a khaki hat with a select Koa bill, done for a company in Las Vegas and a set of hats we did for the Pua Ka Ilima Surf Classic where we silk screened the logo directly onto the bill. The khaki hat is done in the standard font we use for our Hardwood Hat Comapny logo hats while the silk screening process allowed us to provide a private label with the aloha fabric left indisturbed.
